Elliott Tool Technologies traces its roots to 1892, when Gustav Wiedeke began designing tube-servicing tools in his Dayton, Ohio home and invented the first tube expander — the product the entire tube-tool category grew from. After a series of mergers, Elliott Company divested its tube-tool division to senior managers in 1996, forming the modern, independent Elliott Tool Technologies, still headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. The company markets itself as "the original tube tool company since 1892," with 125+ years of manufacturing, sales, and engineering experience serving heat exchanger, condenser, and boiler maintenance across power generation, petrochemical, and other industrial sectors.
